“Mushaira” Was Held In Memory of the Late Hamasi Poet Mullah Dur Muhammad Gowhari

On Monday, a Mushaira was held in memory of the late Mullah Dur Mohammad Gowhari, a famous poet of the country, by the Management of Culture and Tourism related to the Department of Information and Culture of Logar.
Rafiullah Samim, Director of Information and Culture of Logar Province, a number of civil and military officials of the provincial administration, many poets, writers, lovers of poetry and young people participated in this Mushaira.
Rafiullah Samim, Director of Information and Culture of Logar, mentioned the unforgettable services of the martyrs in strengthening the Jihadi ranks through songs and poems of both Jihads, the Islamic system, and the culture of the country.
Tribal Elder Ismatullah Momand appreciated the services of Late Gowhari in keeping the battleground warm and thanked the efforts of the Department of Information and Culture in celebrating the services of cultural figures and poets.
  In the series of Mushaira, many poets shared the poems and hymns composed in the description of Late Mullah Dur Muhammad Gowhari with the participants.
It is worth noting that Mullah Dur Mohammad Gohri, was born in Barki Barak District, Ibrahim Khel area, in the year (1333 A.H.) in a pious family, besides having finished his primary education, he was a graduate of Haqania Darul-Olum. During his lifetime, he was the head of the press of various institutions, the Director of Art and Literature of the National Television and also the editor of a number of magazines. He passed away on the 10th of 1401 at the age of 68.
