“In order to compete with the world and progress, we all must equip ourselves with knowledge”

These statements were made by the Director of Information and Culture of Laghman, Maulvi Abdul Noor Rasooli, at the graduation meeting of the 11th round of English and Computer at Samsoor Sahak Educational Center.
In this meeting, Mr. Rasooli, the founding manager of Samsur Sahak Educational Center, Engineer Samsur Sahak, the Head of the Courses Association, Ustad Murad Munli, managers and teachers of some other educational centers, students and their parents participated.
According to the Manager of the said Educational Center, this time they have 40 graduates from the 11th cycle of English and computer and have presented them to work for the society, he thanked the Department of Information and Culture for always cooperating with them in the relevant fields. 
Director of Information and Culture Maulvi Abdul Noor Rasooli then said; “Knowledge is the need of the present age; therefore, in order to compete with the world and develop, we all must equip ourselves with knowledge.” He praised the efforts of all the educational centers in Laghman, which are working towards raising the educational level of the youth of this province.
Rasouli added that the Department of Information and Culture has always been a supporter of educational centers; they should train students according to the new era in Islamic and religious spirit.
