The Department of Information and Culture Signed a Discount Agreement with a Private University

Sunday (4th of Februar, 2024), the Department of Information and Culture of Samangan province, Managementt of Youth Affairs signed an agreement with Maulana Jalaluddin Muhammad Balkhi Private University to attract students with a 60% discount.
According to the agreement, the Youth Affairs Management of the Department of Information and Culture will introduce the poor youth to the university with a 60% discount and continue their studies.
President of Maulana Jalaluddin Muhammad Balkhi Private University Qari Zabihullah Hajizadeh said: “This university has been teaching economics, law and political science and hundreds of young people have studied here. Every youth who is introduced by the Management of Youth Affairs of the Department of Information and Culture will get a 60% discount on the fees and will use the library, computer lab and other services for free.”
Director of Information and Culture of Samangan Province Maulvi Ferozaldin Munib said, besides thanking the university for this good initiative, said that education leads to the development and growth of society, and young people should take advantage of this opportunity.
