Minister Safi Stresses Transparency, Accountability in Provincial Directorates

Acting Minister of Information and Culture, Ms. Hasina Safi in a meeting with a number of provincial directors of information and culture asked them to go on with transparency and accountability, BNA reported. Sharing details about their works and performances with Acting Minister Safi, directors of the provincial information and culture from Faryab, Baghlan, Paktia, Logar, and Maidan/Wardak, asked for providing enough budget, transportation vehicles and other requirements. The acting minister, after hearing their complaints and suggestions, assured them of doing more to meet their problems. Meanwhile, the acting minister asked them to pay serious attention to transparency and accountability in their daily affairs.
