A Press Conference Was Held With Reporters In Herat Province

Moulavi Atiqullah Azizi, Deputy Minister of Art and Culture of the Ministry of Information and Culture, during his visit to Herat province, discussed historical and cultural issues with the journalists of the said province in a press conference.
In the Press Conference Mr Azizi said; “We are planning to start the restoration of historical areas and monuments of Herat province with the cooperation of UNESCO.”
Also, Mr. Azizi assured about solving the problems of cultural figures and artists and added that he will organize exhibitions in different provinces to introduce their works of art and will make efforts to organise exhibitions in foreign countries as well. 
At the same time, Maulana Haqqani, Director of Information and Culture of Herat province, said in this conference; “In addition to the historical monuments of the city of Herat, attention should also be paid to the historic monuments that are in the districts.”
