30 young people graduated from the monthly writing course at the Information and Culture Department of Zabul

A month ago, the general management of Youth Affairs of the Department of Information and Culture of Zabul province started the art of writing, the art of speaking and public speaking which ended yesterday  Wednesday afternoon with a grand graduation ceremony.
The ceremony was attended by Maulawi Rahmatullah Hamad, Director of Information and Culture of Zabul Province, Maulvi Abdul Hanan Jaber, General Manager of Information, and a number of officials, students and youth.
In the beginning, after welcoming all the guests, the General Manager of Youth Affairs, Niaz Muhammad Ziyarmal, congratulated the new youth on their graduation and asked the youths to participate in various scientific seminars in order to improve their skills.
After that, the Director of information and culture of Zabul Province Maulawi Rahmatullah Hamad congratulated the students on their graduation and encouraged the youth to cooperate with the Department of Information and Culture. Mr. Hamad spoke in detail about the value of education and added it is the youth who reduce the burden of society.
In addition, Maulawi Abdul Hanan Jaber, General Manager of Information of the Department, Director of Tourism, Head of the Opportunity Education Center of the province, writer and journalist Bismillah Pashtunmal also mentioned the youth as an important part of the society in his speeches. He stated the need for such programs in these times and praised the efforts of Zabul Department of Information and Culture and requested to launch more such programs.
Recently, a number of young graduates of this course read articles and writings and thanked the Department of Information and Culture and especially the Youth Affairs Management for organizing free seminars for the purpose of building the mindset and academic excellence of the youth.
At the end of the program, the General Management of Youth Affairs distributed certificates and gifts to the successful people.
It is worth mentioning that this is not the first time for such programs; rather two other academic courses were provided by this management.
