Recently retired personnel from the Ministry of Information and Culture received commendations for their dedicated service
On Saturday (11th of Rabi Al-Awwal 1446), the Ministry hosted a ceremony for those who have recently concluded their careers within various departments. The Deputy Minister of Tourism, Financial, and Administrative Affairs, Mawlavi Qudratullah Jamal, expressed his admiration for the contributions made by these employees, referring to them as vital assets to the nation. He emphasized that the strength of a country lies not in its financial resources but in its skilled workforce, highlighting those nations with a strong base of educated personnel are the ones that achieve development.
Mr. Jamal further remarked that the current state of institutions is a direct reflection of the efforts of these retired employees, who have played a crucial role in mentoring their successors. He urged the retired staff to continue imparting their knowledge and skills to new employees in their respective organizations, ensuring a seamless transition and sustained service to the public. This call to action underscores the importance of knowledge transfer within the workforce, which is essential for maintaining the integrity and functionality of governmental institutions.
Mawlavi Mohammad Tayyab, the head of guidance and invitation at the Ministry, also acknowledged the significant contributions of the retired officials, noting that their four decades of service is a commendable achievement.
Maulvi Naqeebullah Noman, the head of human resources, highlighted those thirteen employees had recently retired after long tenures, reinforcing the ministry's commitment to recognizing their hard work.
Ali Ahmad Ahmadi, representing the retirees, expressed gratitude for the recognition and reiterated that their dedication was driven by a sense of duty to their country and fellow citizens. The retired employees also advocated for the continued engagement of those still capable of serving, emphasizing the importance of their experience in the workforce.
