In Number of Provinces, Boards and Signs Correction and Reform Committees Have Been Established

Yesterday, in Ghazni, Daykundi, Jawzjan, Maidan Wardak and Badakhshan provinces, under the leadership of the Directors of the Departments of Information and Culture, Committees for the Correction and Reform of Boards and Signs were formed.
Boards and Signs Correction and Reform Committees will correct the boards and signs in cities and districts according to the procedure established by the Ministry of Information and Culture.
The boards, signs and advertisements written in foreign languages will be translated into national and local languages by the said committee.
The purpose of establishing the reform committee for boards and signs is to maintain the Afghan identity in the country and to prevent foreign cultural invasion.
