A Three-Day Seminar was started in Helmand Province to Increase the Capacity of Journalists

Today, Sunday (31st of December, 2023), a three-day seminar for the journalists of Bakhtar News Agency of the Department of Information and Culture of Helmand Province started.
The said seminar is presented by the Helmand Governmental Institute for the purpose of professional strengthening of journalists, which will last for three days.
The presenter of the seminar, Professor Mohammad Umar Lamar of Helmand Governmental Institute, said: “I will try my best to educate journalists according to the current period, so that they can increase their knowledge in the field of media.”
Journalists of this agency are happy that they are being given a seminar for capacity building, they say that this seminar will be very useful for them.
