New courses started at the educational centre

On Tuesday (19 Zul-Qa'da 1445)The Directorate of Youth Affairs of Herat Province's Department of Information and Culture started to offer free English, computer, and technical training in the educational centre. 

Head of Information and Culture Maulvi Ahmadullah Muttaqi says, "It is an extremely pleased occasion that every day new students come to this department to study scientific subjects," and he encourages students to take advantage of the available chances and study various courses.

Maulvi Abdul Mateen Adel, director of youth affairs, said that with the start of these programmes, about 330 students  would study for free in different programmes.
