“We support the processes and literary meetings that are held for the purpose of intellectual reform and training of young people”

These statements were made by the Director of Information and Culture of Laghman Province, Maulvi Abdul Noor Rasooli, at the opening ceremony of the Mano Literary and Cultural Procession. Mr. Rasooli said; “We support the literary and cultural gatherings of young people who work for the intellectual training and improvement of the new generation.”
The opening ceremony of the event was held in the yard of Shaheed Maulvi Habibur Rahman High School in Basram village. Along with the Director Mr. Rasooli, the Culture and Tourism Manager Mohammad Nader Makhoor, administrative personnel of the said high school, tribal elders, youths, and poets were present.  Mr. Rasouli said; "Young people bring revolutions, they make innovations, through such processes, we must reform the thoughts of young people, train them in the Islamic and Sharia spirit."
He added that we always support such meetings and processes.
Later, some other leaders also spoke and called such processes important for harmony among the youth and the reform of thoughts.
Later, the literary procession started its activity by cutting the veil and the first celebration was done by holding a “Mushaira.”
