Three-Day Capacity-Building Seminar Launched for Executive Managers of Central Directorates

Saturday, 24th Dhul-Hijjah 1446 AH The Ministry of Information and Culture, through the Directorate of Human Resources under the Deputy Ministry of Tourism, Finance, and Administrative Affairs, officially launched a three-day training seminar for executive managers of its central directorates. The seminar aims to improve work efficiency, strengthen administrative systems, and enhance institutional capacity.

The opening ceremony was attended by Mr. Qudratullah Jamal, Deputy Minister of Tourism, Finance, and Administrative Affairs; Hafiz Nematullah Muntazir, Director of Public Libraries; Mawlawi Naqeebullah Nauman, Director of Human Resources; and executive managers from 35 central directorates.

In his remarks, Deputy Minister Jamal emphasized that the primary objective of the seminar is to improve the quality of administrative performance and elevate the technical knowledge of ministry staff. He also provided valuable guidance to executive managers on trust-building, accountability, accuracy in work, dedication, and openness to constructive criticism.

Hafiz Nematullah Muntazir stated that executive managers are the "backbone of the institution". He emphasized the importance of clear and effective communication, both written and spoken, to fulfill their responsibilities efficiently.

Additionally, Director of Human Resources Mawlawi Naqeebullah Nauman highlighted that the seminar was organized to help managers better understand rules and regulations. He delivered detailed explanations on recruitment, resignation, approvals, dismissals, dictation, composition, and attendance protocols.


It is worth noting that the Ministry of Information and Culture, under the leadership of the Deputy Ministry of Tourism, Finance, and Administrative Affairs, has previously implemented multiple training programs for ministry personnel aimed at enhancing institutional capacity.
