The Results of the Competition for Writing Articles and Autobiographies of Martyrs have been Announced

On Wednesday (24th January of 2024), the results of the contest for writing essays and autobiographies of the martyrs of the past 20 years of Jihadi process were announced by the Department of Information and Culture of Faryab province.
Governor of Faryab Province Mullah Muhammad Shoaib Risalat, Director of Information and Culture Maulvi Shamsuddin Mohammadi, Mayor of Mimanna Mullah Gul Ahmed Mubasher and representatives of other institutions also participated in the ceremony organized in this regard.
The Governor of Faryab, Mr Risalat, in his speech, called the creation of such programs important in improving the academic capacity of the youth and praised the actions of the Department of Information and Culture.
Manager of Youth Affairs of the Department of Information and Culture, Moulvi Abdul Mobeen, said: “50 young people participated in the competition. After the review of the articles by the evaluation committee, cash gifts and awards were given to the ten top essay writers. The first place winner of the competition, Hizbollah, won 94% of the votes, who was given 5000 Afghani as a gift, the second place winner Sharifullah won 91 votes and was given 3500 Afghanis as a gift and the third place winner Abu Lababah won 90 votes and was given 3000 Afghanis as a gift. The winners of the 4th position till 10th were given a certificate and a thousand Afghanis as a gift.”
