The People's Culture Department and the Kunduz Information and Culture Department organized a cultural event called the "Amo Spa Cultural Festival" in Kunduz.

This event featured important guests, including Mawlawi Atiqullah Azizi, the Deputy Minister of Culture and Arts; Mawlavi Habibur Rahman, the Deputy Governor; and Mawlavi Gul Muhammad Ilyas, the Director of Information and Culture. Poets, writers, literary scholars, vocalists, youth, and journalists also participated.

During the event, Deputy Minister Azizi recognized the hard work of the people of Kunduz, especially during the Jihad period. He praised their efforts in driving out American forces and their allies. He urged all Afghans to unite and support each other at cultural gatherings. Azizi pointed out that there are still attempts to create division among the Afghan people. He encouraged poets, writers, and others to work with the Islamic Emirate for a better future for Afghanistan.

The festival ended with poets and vocalists performing in Pashto, Dari, Uzbek, and Turkmen, receiving a warm response from the audience.
