The Arrival of Domestic Tourists To The Cultural Areas of Baghlan Province has Increased

Wednesday (20th of March, 2024) The officials of Department of Information and Culture of Baghlan Province say: “In the last three years, the arrival of tourists to the cultural areas of Baghlan province has increased.”
Mawlavi Izat Mir Haqqani, the Manager of Culture and Tourism of the Department of Information and Culture, who visited the ancient sites of Chamqla and Pahlwan Juma Khan in the central Baghlan district, said: “The arrival of domestic tourists to the cultural areas of this province has increased in the last three years and tourists try to see the ancient and cultural places of this province.”
Mr. Haqqani added; In central Baghlan district, Chamqla and Pahlwan Juma Khan hills have ancient history and according to the information, on average, about 100 tourists, most of them residents of Baghlan and nearby provinces, visit these areas every day.
Mohammadyar Ahmadi, a resident of Baghlan province, who visited the ancient area of Chamqla, says: “People should visit these areas in order to get information from the ancient culture and to know about the cultural identity of the country.”
