 . On Thursday, the 9th of Rabi Al-Awwal 1446, Minister of Information and Culture Alhaj Mulla Khairullah Khairkhah made the following statements during a meeting with a member of the government of Saint Petersburg and the head of foreign relations of this province, Yefgeni Dmitrievich Gregory.

 Mr. Gregory welcomed the Minister of Information and Culture, Alhaj Mullah Khairullah Khairkhah, and the accompanying delegation in participation in the meeting of the Cultural Union in St. Petersburg, Russia. The meeting is scheduled to take place from September 11th to 14th.

 Mr. Gregory stated, "We understand the situation in Afghanistan, and we are ready for any kind of cooperation in building cultural relations." Later, Minister Khairkhah mentioned that the current situation presents a good opportunity for developing and strengthening relations between the two countries. 

He emphasized Afghanistan's status as a center of world civilization, with its ancient history and ancient culture. Khairkhah expressed the need to bolster relations between the two countries through the advancement of cultural diplomacy

. Furthermore, Mr. Khairkhah stressed the importance of organizing joint exhibitions between the two countries and highlighted the significant role of exhibitions in promoting cultural recognition.
