MoIC To Equally Act With Provinces On Tackling Problems: Acting Minister

Kabul (BNA)  Uruzgan governor on Saturday met Acting Minister of Information and Culture Ms. Hasina Safi, during which he stated his provinces’ cultural and publication problems, BNA reported.
Uruzgan governor said that his province’s local TV and radio publications were not satisfactory, adding the problem would be tackled if the ministry of information and culture pays heed in the respect, according to the agency.
He also pointed out on reconstruction of historical relics and monument, BNA added.
After hearing the issues, acting minister Safi said her ministry would do its best to equally act with all provinces on solving their problems, BNA continued.
According to her, an evaluation group has been tasked to review the center and other provinces problems.
She asked Uruzgan governor to transfer all discussable issues through the provincial directorate of information and culture to the center.  She added that Cultural Week would be held in Uruzgan in near future.
