Minister Safi Stresses Enhancing Cultural Cooperation With Regional Countries

Kabul (BNA) Acting Minister of Information and Culture Hasina Safi in a meeting with a number of foreign participants of the international seminar of Sayed Jamaluddin Afghan in Kabul, emphasized on enhancing cultural relations among the regional countries, in particular that of the neighbors, BNA reported yesterday.
The session was attended by scholars and professors of universities and reporters from India, Egypt and Kuwait that came to Kabul to attend the international seminar of Sayed Jamaluddin Afghan, initiated by the Ministry of Information and Culture, the agency added.
Praising holding of such seminars, the participants asked ministry of information and culture to spare no effort in organizing such international cultural programs.  They also called holding of such programs key to strengthening of bilateral cultural relations.
They also applauded ministry’s initiative for holding of Seminar on Sayed Jamaluddin Afghan, saying he was not only well-known in Afghanistan, but to the whole region and world.
Thanking their participation to the seminar, minister Safi said Afghanistan was moving towards stability and sustainability.
She also stressed on bolstering of bilateral cultural cooperation between the regional countries and that of Afghanistan’s neighbors, the agency added.
